I worked with Dionne for my family business to transition our accounting “system” Excel worksheets to Quickbooks Online. We had been keeping our records in 7-8 workbooks over the course of 4 years when Dionne was able to take information from all of them transition it into our new Quickbooks Online account. She set up the Chart of Accounts, walked us through how to use the system and how to generate reports. She was very prompt in returning calls and emails and was able to schedule us in based on our schedules which were often outside of business hours. She explained everything perfectly which was great for someone like me who does not have a knack for financial matters.
